SafeHire NC is an informational directory that aggregates public contractor licensing records in North Carolina. We do not perform contracting work, broker contracts, or guarantee the work, conduct, licensure, or insurance of any contractor listed. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or resell our data; submit false reports or corrections; attempt to access administrative areas; or use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or business. We may block access for abuse.
Listings are generated from public records. Contractors may request corrections to their own listings through the Report Issue feature. Submitting a correction request does not guarantee a change; all requests are reviewed against official sources.
The site and its data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeHire NC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on site content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms as the site evolves (this is a beta service). The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
